"My name is Nick Winfield and I am an inside Sales Representative at the Austin Branch. I have been with Crawford for about 3 ½ years and have been in my current position for about 2 years. My day to day responsibilities in inside sales consists mainly of providing customers with the material they need on their job sites day to day as well as quoting smaller projects. Inside Sales is a fast paced and rewarding position that requires the ability to multitask and think on your feet. Customer interaction is key as you spend most of your day on the phone with customers or communicating through email. Crawford is a great place to work for many reasons. Most important of which are the people you work with. While the work may be difficult or overwhelming at times, everyone at Crawford is in the same boat and ready and willing to lend a hand. Management is very accessible and is willing to sit down and talk to you about anything that may be going on. This is also a very rewarding job as you are able to solve problems and provide solutions in real time."
