EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS (ERGs)

Sonepar USA is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion throughout the organization. Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, are a great way to include everyone in discussions about ways of working, work environments and to create feedback loops for our leaders.

But what is an ERG?

ERGs are voluntary, associate-led groups made up of individuals who join together based on common interests, backgrounds or demographic factors such as gender, race or ethnicity. They give associates opportunities to be heard and valued by their peers and executive leadership, support professional development and strengthen our business impact both internally and externally.
