Supply Chain Manager Development ProgramDesigned to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders at Sonepar, covering a wide range of topics, including communication, safety, leadership, interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, business acumen, strategy, and Lean/Six Sigma.
Sonepar Lighting AcademyAn internal track to develop associates as lighting and controls specialists. By expanding our existing network of specialists, we can offer knowledgeable support to customers across the US while providing career development opportunities for associates.
