ERGs are voluntary, associate-led groups made up of individuals who join based on common interests, backgrounds, or demographic factors such as gender, race, or ethnicity. They give associates opportunities to be heard and valued by their peers and executive leadership, support professional development, and strengthen our business impact both internally and externally.
